Having previously worked in banking, retail, manufacturing, and distribution industries in multiple corporate environments and family business environments, Roxane relocated to the wonderful Lake Norman area from Michigan. After evaluating many businesses for their potential growth and enjoyability, Roxane gravitated to Made in the Shade Blinds & More because decorating homes has always been an intriguing pastime for her. In addition, she knew working with homeowners and helping them create a nice warm home environment with high-quality window treatments would be a consistently rewarding experience. Roxane now enjoys the opportunity to meet new people and help improve their homes for their families, while always learning something new from her great neighbors in Lake Norman surrounding communities.
